On the 27th of April, our school was lucky
enough to have someone to show us some of the planets in a planetarium ! It was
a large circular shape that is pumped up and zipped. Inside there was a large
area where we sat and we saw a large image of a grassland. The man used a
pointer device to change that image from
day to night and when it was night, he put us onto Jupiter. Then the man took us to Pluto which is now
considered a dwarf planet because of its size.
After that, we had time to go on a virtual
roller coaster to Saturn that ended in a crash! But it was marvellous. As soon as we were all mesmerised by the
experience , we learnt about lunar eclipses and how the brightness courses by
the sun overlapping the moon . We them watched a short cartoon about what
happened in China's lunar eclipse . The cartoon was about the man’s friend who
did not had a good experience of the eclipse as the clouds came down and
blocked its sight .
