Last Wednesday a
man came in to Springhill and set up a planetarium to show us the planets in
the solar system.
First of all, we
used a parachute with small nets in it to roll balls the shape of each planet
in the solar system into the right net .
After this ,we
went into the planetarium and sat on the floor of it . All of a sudden, the
light came on and we could see the stars. The man in charge showed us each
planet in turn , starting with mercury. Once we had done this,we did a virtual
roller coaster of Saturn .
