Swanwick Lakes

5ML had a class trip to Swanwick Lakes which is a free to enter wildlife reserve . 5ML got to try a range of activities and therefore they learnt a lot about animals and nature . At Swanwick Lakes , they have a man-made hill known as New Hill and as they used the soil they dug up to make the lakes , there is rubbish in the ground . As well as this there is a variety of wildlife . There is also a lake there to look at with its quacking ducks . Last of all , there is a pond to do pond-dipping in and find exiting creatures such as the mayfly nymph and the rarely-seen stonefly .
